He undertakes the mission and discovers that Li-Chen's sister has also been captured and forced to work as a prostitute for the Black Dragons. Can Goku save her? Then Goku's old friend is bruttaly killed. Goku stats to pursue the killer to evenge his friend and finds out that the killer is an ex-marine officer who receives extraordinary powers from gene manipulation which allows her to transform into any creature at will.
